What to expect?
Sessions, and the course of therapy will overall be tailored to the specific clients need. This means that the content of therapy sessions will vary from client to client. Usually, after you make an appointment, there will be an initial assessment session where the therapist and client will discuss the presenting issue, and how the therapy may proceed.Usually an individual session lasts up to one hour a week, timing of trainings and workshops vary depending on requirements.
You may want to regard your sessions as your own time and space to either alleviate an immediate crisis or resolve an ongoing one.
